Norwood’s Classification Of Male Pattern Alopecia:
Level–Grade 6
Plan for the patient:
- To cover the scalp in 2-3 sittings by FUE
First Sitting:
AreaCovered: Frontal half
Estimated Grafts – 1500
Technique Used: FUE
Donor Area: Scalp
Procedure Details:
- The patient had already undergone punch grafting previously and the scars were visible. We decided to go for FUE.
- We extracted 1544 grafts by FUE technique from donor scalp and implanted on the front area
Results:
The results were good and there were no scars unlike his previous transplant and the patient was very happy

Second Sitting (done after 10 months)
Area Covered: Crown area

Technique Used: FUE
Donor Area: Scalp& Beard
Procedure Details:
- The patient wanted further transplant over the crown area. The donor area was not very good due to the extreme grade of baldness. We were able to extract 1000 grafts from scalp and another 486 grafts from the beard area which were implanted on the crown.

Overall Result:
Within 2 successful sittings, a total of 3030 grafts were extracted and implanted.
