November,19th to 21th, SAARC- AAD (Association of Aesthetic Dermatology) Conference 2016 Dr Aman Dua recently attended a 3 day conference of SAARC AAD at Abu-Dhabhi. She presented a talk on FUE Hair transplant men and women and discussed various aspects of hair transplant which included new advancements in punches, robotic hair transplant and new techniques in women hair transplant. The session was based on the discussion on new advances in hair restoration. Her talk was very well appreciated by many doctors. The conference is attended by more than 500 dermatologists from all over the Asia.

The biggest conference of Hair Transplant in the world, the 24th WORLD CONGRESS ISHRS 2016 was held in one of the most happening places on the Earth, the LAS VEGAS….known for……“Whatever happens in Vegas, stays in Vegas.” The meeting was held from Sept 28-October 1, 2016. It was a three day conference preceded by a day full of pre – conference workshops. One of these workshops was on Powered FUE technique by the dull punch. Dr Aman Dua attended 42nd Conference of CUTICON. That is Punjab, Himachal and Chandigarh Chapter of dermatologists. She was invited as faculty in the Conference to chair a session role of laser toning in pigmentation of skin by Dr Anil and role of microneedling in scar therapy. Dr Kapil Dua was recently appointed to the Board of Governors of International Society of Hair Restoration Surgery (ISHRS) at the annual meeting of ISHRS held at Las Vegas, USA.   This is the first time that an Indian has reached this most prestigious position.
